This contractor has excellent relationships with his subcontractors and that was a key to the success of this project. Moreover, all of the subcontractors were highly skilled and did their tasks perfectly. And finally, communication between us and our contractor was always timely and highly responsive. Mike and his team of professional tradesmen were amazing to work with. We did a complete kitchen reno with Talee. When I was told it would be about 6 weeks to complete the job, I had expectations that it would take longer, but in fact, it was completed in 4-5 weeks! Well ahead of schedule. Mike is so organized and detailed and that describes his team as well. Once one trade was done, Mike had the next in sometimes the same day so no time was lost waiting on the next. Every trade that came in was professional, knowledgeable, polite, hardworking and did a fabulous job. Mike made suggestions as we went along in the process and one in particular about our tile which really changed the final look...
